I understand that plans can change, and I strive to accommodate clients to the best of my ability. However, cancellations can result in significant costs for me, which is why I have established the following cancellation policy:


Custom Cookie Orders:

  • Clients are required to make full payment before their order is confirmed and scheduled.
  • If a client cancels their order at least two weeks prior to their scheduled pickup date, they will receive a full refund.
  • If a client cancels their order within one to two weeks leading up to their pickup date, they will be eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the total amount paid.
  • If a client cancels their order within one week of their scheduled pickup date, no funds will be refunded.

 

Please plan accordingly and provide sufficient notice if you need to cancel your order. This helps me to efficiently manage my resources and meet the needs of our other clients.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and any applicable processing fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.


Please note that this cancellation policy applies to all orders, and exceptions cannot be made on an individual basis. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
